Scott Young- Biker
Like many photographers, I love photographing my friends. My longtime buddy Scott is 6’8” tall. We bonded over motorcycles and have ridden together for decades. He purchased this 1970s Honda Trail 70 minibike, and seeing him on it is hilarious. This very tall man on a small mini bike is a visual oddity and I really wanted to photograph it. He was all in!
Being a fun-loving guy, he agreed to dress up in a leather jacket, winter gloves, those cool snake boots, helmet, and goggles, all in the middle of July in Florida. His wife graciously worked the smoke machine in the photo. In some of the shots I took that night, his goggles were so fogged up from the humidity that he couldn’t see through them. That was a fun shoot!
