La Segunda finished loaves on cooling rack. Look at that beautiful crease left by the palm.

The bread is still baked in Ybor City and shipped throughout the world as the essential ingredient for a Cuban sandwich. Some folks say that any self-respecting Cuban sandwich connoisseur will eat nothing else. The bakery has a loyal following and offers pastries, bread, and other traditional sandwiches, including a Media Noche.
